👋 Good morning and happy Friday! Welcome to the Front Pack newsletter, your source for all things endurance. Click here for the web edition.

One thing I knew but didn’t fully understand until I became an entrepreneur is that it is an absolute roller coaster of a ride every single day. I’m currently prepping for our September ‘The Front Pack Show livestreams’ while booking out October. I’m writing up a Week 1 recap, while focused on Week 2 and beyond. I’m creating social content for tomorrow, but really need it for next week. I have a million ideas on growth and scale but need to focus on kissing babies, shaking hands, and kicking tires first.

As athletes we hold ourselves to the highest standard. Everyone around us is pushing themselves to be their absolute best. We compare ourselves to everyone around us while competing for our own PRs – in life and in sport. One thing I have to constantly remind myself is that nothing is going to happen overnight but checking off small boxes each day will lead to big and great things. All of the companies I look up to, the entrepreneurs I admire; all mature and started where we are today. Keep things in perspective every day. Stay true to yourself. Be a good person. Make people around you smarter, happier, and healthier.

Lastly. Give yourself grace. Namaste.

Stay moving…✌🏼 Scott

All the top talent was there but it was Lauren defended the stars and stripes jersey in Gering after winning the inaugural championship race last year. This year, she beat Lauren DeCrescenzo and Paige Onweller who finished in 2nd and 3rd. Wertz’ win was huge;y significant because he’s never won a national championship in any cycling discipline. Sorokin did not start the race due to injury, and Lawrence (U.S.) dropped 65k into the race. 🏊🚴🏃 Are Endurance Sports Spiritual: It’s a great question and the answer for me, is yes! I wasn’t raised in a religious household. Mostly because our weekends were locked into sports, mostly year round swimming, soccer, and ice-hockey, So for me, it’s really all I’ve known. But as I’ve gotten older and retold my story many times over, endurance sports and the build to conquer something bigger than you is very spiritual. What about you? Read more…
