The bar delivers 20 grams of protein in under 200 calories, but those numbers are a byproduct of quality ingredients, not the starting point. To validate protein quality, Lineage third-party tested its Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS), the gold standard measure of how complete and digestible a protein source actually is.
