What We Dive Into

Is this our best show yet? Since last week, duh.

This week, we get candid about Episode 1 of The Long Way Up. It is officially live and the internet’s early verdict is in: “not gonna lie, this is good.” By our standards, that is a five-star review.

Then Scott nerds out over Max Jolliffe’s Badlands 135 win because the dude ran 135 miles through Death Valley with basically a fever the whole time and still somehow negative-split like a lunatic and from what we hear didn’t poo himself.

Nike also finally rolled out hybrid training shoes to chase the HYROX boom… and then announced you can’t actually buy the race version until April 2027. Scott and Anthony debate whether Nike’s just fashionably late or completely lost the plot. And then we daydream back to how cool Nike was when we we’re growing up. Plus we jump into how HYROX is quietly on track to dwarf CrossFit at its peak.

Anthony relives his first ever HYROX doubles debut with his wife, and lastly, we do a gear check on The North Face’s new Off-Trail Ultra shoes before we both hit our weekend grueling long runs.

Its fun, chaos and full of laughs as always.
