The IRONMAN Group has announced a new partnership with Coppertone, designating it as the Official Sunscreen of the IRONMAN North American Series.
The collaboration involves the international sun protection brand and the endurance sports organiser, with a focus on supporting athletes at IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 events across the US and Canada.
As part of the agreement, Coppertone Sport products will be featured on-site at select events throughout North America. Athletes and spectators will have access to the sunscreen products at the official IRONMAN merchandise tents.
The partnership includes integrated brand activations across event venues and digital platforms. The initiative is intended to reinforce the importance of skin protection during the long periods of sun exposure associated with triathlon training and racing.

The IRONMAN Group is a major operator of participation sports, managing a portfolio that includes the IRONMAN Triathlon Series, the IRONMAN 70.3 Triathlon Series, and the UTMB World Series. It operates events in over 50 countries.
Coppertone is owned by Beiersdorf, an international skin care company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. The Beiersdorf portfolio also includes brands such as NIVEA and Eucerin. In the fiscal year 2025, Beiersdorf reportedly generated sales of €9.9 billion.
